I created Resume Polished because I felt like there wasn’t a one-stop-shop for job seekers in our modern-day era. You see, after working in recruiting for nearly a decade, I was fed up with seeing too many qualified job seekers get passed up for great, high-paying jobs due to bad resumes and poor interviews.  So, I decided to make a change.  I quit my job, became a certified resume writer, and earned a national award for creating ground-breaking resumes that launch talented individuals into higher paying careers where they are praised for their hard work and expertise.
